K&M Newspaper Services provides 24 hour, seven day a week service for everything that it manufactures and sells. Service technicians are available to answer all questions and service problems.

One call to K&M provides customers with a live, real-time technician or, during non-business hours, callers are provided with phone numbers which will put them directly in touch with service technicians.

K&M technicians are strategically located throughout the United States to allow for quicker response time to on-site service calls.

Service is also available for the Image PC Packaging systems by using a modem connection which puts the caller on line with a skilled and knowledgeable K&M technician.
